Training Description 

This course examines the importance of an effective performance management system in helping organizations define and achieve short and long term goals. Personal time management skills are essential for professional success in any workplace. Those able to successfully implement time management strategies are able to control their workload rather than spend each day in a frenzy of activity reacting to crisis after crisis – stress declines and personal productivity soars!

In addition, the course emphasizes the importance of measuring the effectiveness of human resource activities that are designed to enhance individual and organizational performance.

Each attendee who will complete this training will gain the following outcomes:-

  • Discuss the guidelines of time management
  • Identify time waster’s factors and adopt strategies for eliminating them from the work pattern
  • Recognize the variety of causes of procrastination and apply relevant techniques to overcome these
  • Clarify and prioritize objectives and goals and use practical techniques for organizing work.
  • Improve productivity through working smarter
  • Identify different working styles
  • Use planning tools to optimize effectiveness
