Training Description

This course aims to improve your supervision and management skills, by covering a range of people management and administration skills required of professionals in a leadership position: from self-management to recruitment, performance management, communication skills, project management essentials and financial knowledge. The aim of the course is to enable you to lead effective teams, deliver strategic customer service and prevent conflicts in your organization.

Each attendee who will complete this training will gain the following outcomes:-

- Define the leader’s role in each phase of the project life cycle.
- Apply key performance indicators to monitor ongoing project.
- Provide progress and support project managers and project teams through coaching, mentoring and rewarding success
