About the Course

Run successfully over the past 16 years in the Gulf, and continually updated, this is an intensive course addressing key management issues, with clear, practical guidelines every step of the way. Tutorial sessions, real life Gulf case studies, practical exercises, presentations and syndicate work make this an action-packed five-day course. Day Five focuses on HR issues – recruitment, interviewing techniques, appraisals, etc., so some delegates may only wish to attend the first four days.

Before the course

Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Assessment Form to determine their current level and objectives for attending the course. The content of such Form will be used by the trainer only to give tailored training that is focused on each group of delegates.

At the end of the course

Each delegate will be asked to complete an Individual Development Plan and Vocational Completion Certificate.
