Procurement is one of the most challenging tasks for business organizations nowadays. Procurement function is usually mixed up with purchasing. Procurement function comprises of all activities starting from need analysis to supplier identification, finalization, contract, determining service level, contract management and follow up. Organizations treat procurement as part of their strategic management operations and consider it a source of competitive advantage over its competitors. This course offers a great deal of procurement know-how applicable to every type of business, emphasizing real-world, time-tested solutions for the challenges facing distribution and manufacturing companies.

At the end of the course

Each delegate will be asked to complete an Individual Development Plan and Vocational Completion Certificate.
